SPECIFICATION
ELECTRICAL
12 volt electrical system with engine driven alternator charging two batteries. One for domestic use and navigation equipment and the other for engine starting. Shore power cable with battery charger.

ACCOMMODATION
Accomodation for up to 5 persons in two cabins. Forward cabin with two single berths and infill for double. Aft to head with new toilet recently fitted, basin and fresh water shower.
Saloon with settee seating on both sides, recently upholstered and folding table. Settee on starboard side pulls out to make large double berth. New curtains recently fitted.
Navigation table with seat.
Galley with ice box and cooler unit. New 2 burner gas cooker (unused) and fresh water to sink. Cupboard space under cooker.
DECK
Large cockpit with enormous cockpit locker on starboard side and smaller locker housing fuel tank and gas bottle on port side.
Anchor locker with CQR anchor, new chain and warp. Spare Danforth anchor astern. Aluminium spars including spinnaker pole with new parts recently fitted. Lewmar winches, transom hung swim ladder, folding gangway, cockpit cushions, deck awning with stainless steel fittings and netting around the boat for safety.
SAILS AND RIGGING
Brand new main sail and jib (UK make)
Spare main sail and jib
Genoa, Spinnaker and storm jib.
Standing rigging has all been replaced recently
